Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
2. Refund Policy
Services canceled within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after purchase are non-refundable. However, funds may be applied as a credit toward future services at NADY Integrative Care. Credits are transferable to another individual with prior notice. Credits must be used within 1 year (365 days) from the day of payment unless otherwise specified.
3. Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a late cancellation fee of $25.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee of $25 and may limit future scheduling privileges.
5. Provider Cancellations
If NADY Integrative Care must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible, and no fees will apply.
